You have received your insurance documents
I have not yet received an invoice
You will receive the invoice and the insurance contract in two separate emails. If sent by post, you should have received the invoice together with the contract.
If your contract start date is in the future, you will receive the invoice:
- for annual, semi-annual or quarterly payments, 40 days before the start of the policy;
- 10 days before the start of the insurance if you pay monthly.
If your policy start date is not in the future and you have still not received an invoice, please contact us at service@simpego.ch or on +41 58 521 11 11.

I am changing my insurance to simpego (change of insurer)
The insurance certificate due to the change of insurer, which is valid from the start date of your insurance contract, has already been sent electronically to all road traffic offices in the relevant canton.
Your previous insurer is probably still listed on your vehicle licence. The vehicle registration document must be available to the road traffic office on the start date of your insurance contract. You can either have the vehicle registration document adjusted in person at the road traffic office or submit it by post a few days in advance.

If you have already changed your vehicle licence, you do not need to do anything else.
Observe the cancellation period of the previous insurance and cancel in good time; as a rule, the notice period is three months.
